Week12

Since we are a clothing brand and do not have our own retail store, Google Plus would be a great platform that we could use to spread awareness for the brand. Joining action sports related communities could connect us to potential buyers and new opportunities. Since we live in a world where we are connected without meeting face to face taking advantage over something like Google Plus only makes sense.
Another great new social media platform is live streaming. For example,  if we were having a photoshoot in which one of our athletes were snowboarding on a jump or something in that nature, capturing the experience would interesting I believe. Showing how much work it requires in order to get the shot and what kind of risks these people take in order to do what they love.

Week 3

In previous years I was never the type to contact a business unless it was a reservation at a restaurants or something on a very light matter. They either pick up or they don’t and thats all. I never have commented or direct messaged a business about my concerns or complaints. I always felt like the message would never get through anyways. I guess there would only be one way to figure that out.   If I had my own business I would try to response to as many comments as possible although. If I could make even one more customers happier and come back then I know I will be doing something right. Criticism is key and tiding up your loose ends could come a long way I believe.

Week14

week 10

Personal touches are good when passion is portrayed in a positive way. You want your customer or consumer engaged into your actions ad the best way to do that is by showing how much you are involved. The new generation of social media has created many outsiders to be involved in certain brands or people's platforms. Whether the content they leave there is malicious or honoring it is there to stay. Whether one decides to respond is up to them.
